| 摘 要： | 区域政策对区域经济的发展具有重要的作用。西方发达国家在20世纪30年代就开始发展区域经济，因此，在区域政策措施方面积累了许多成功的经验，我国区域经济起步较晚，为此，有必要借鉴西方发达国家的经验。

| Abstract: | Area policy is important for the development of area economic. Developed countries in western world started to develop area economic as early as 1930s. Therefore ,developed countries in western world have accumulated lots of successful experience. Area economic development in China started later. So it is really necessary to use experience of developed countries for reference. |
