| 摘 要： | 开放性实验教学在教学实践活动中,对于增长学生见识、拓宽学生思维模式、培养学生实验技能等具有重要作用。利用学校"生命科学研究中心"学科平台的优势,通过开设"现代生物仪器的使用及细胞荧光观察"演示性实验课,进行了实践与探索,获得了许多宝贵经验,并受到了学生的好评。 |

| Abstract: | In teaching practices,the open experimental teaching is of great importance for increasing students' knowledge,broadening their thinking model and training their experimental skill.The experimental course.the using of modern bioinstrumentation and the observing of cell fluorescence,was offered at Hunan University.Through the pracetice and exploration,we obtained a lot of valuable experience. |
