川中丘陵区农地"四荒"资源开发利用研究——以广安市为例

川中丘陵区是四川省粮食和经济作物的主产区。“四荒”资源是农地资源的重要组成部分,川中丘陵区人多地少,因而农业综合开发的重点应积极改造“四荒”资源,即在资源的深度开发上下功夫。以广安市为例,主要阐述了农地“四荒”资源的现状与特点,并分析了“四荒”资源开发利用的潜力,提出了“四荒”资源开发利用的对策与措施。

Study on the "Four Kinds Barrens" Resources in Hilly Areas of the Middle Sichuan Basin——A case study of guangan city

The hill areas of the middle Sichuan Basin was an important area, of producing the grain corps and industrial corps. The "four kinds barrens "resources were important parts in agricultural land resources,The hill areas of the middle Sichuan Basin was a poplous area with inadequate arable resources, hence the key to the integrated development of agriculture should be put to transformation and utilization of "four kinds barrens "resources, namely, to intensive exploitation of these resources with double efforts. A case study had been carried out in Guangan City in this paper. It chiefy discussed and analyzed the situation, characteristic and developing potential of "four kinds barrens" agrarian land resources in Guangan City. The countermeasures of exploiture and using of "four kinds barrens "resources were put forward.
