摘    要:教师思想道德素质的提高,就在于使其具有较高的思想道德水平、较强的道德行为选择、控制能力及道德践履能力。所以,提高高校教师思想道德素质的途径:一、提政思想道德认识水平是高校教师思想道德素质提高的基本途径;二、陶冶其思想道德情感,增强道德行为选择能力是提高高校教师思想道德素质的重要途径;三、注重自我修养,增强道德控制能力是高校教师提高思想道德素质的必要途径;四、投身实践,增强道德践履能力是提高教师思想道德素质的根本途径。

Abstract:What are the approaches of improving the ideological and moral characters of college teachers? Firstly, raising their ideological and moral level is the essential one. Secondly, edifying their ideological and moral sensibility to enhance their ability of moral activity is the important one. Thirdly, paying attention to self-disipline and heighting their capability of moral control is a necessary one. Fourthly, devoting into practice to strengthen their competence of moral practice is the basic one.
