| 摘 要： | 随着国内国际资本市场的日益发展，证券投资成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。而如何在教学中结合先进的教学工具教会学生证券投资的理念、方法则值得探索。本文通过分析“证券投资学”日常教学中所存在的问题，就该门课程的教学改革提出了几点思考和建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of the capital market, securities investment becomes an important part of our life. How to use modem instrument and learn the method of securities investment, and how to foster the ability of investing, will benefit our students to master the investment philosophy. This thesis analyses the problem in daily teaching and introduces several suggestions of transformation education of this course. |
