独立学院危机研究（二）

独立学院的生存和发展面临很多的问题，存在招生难、就业难的“进出口危机”，存在师资力量短缺人员流动性大的“棋子危机”，存在制度不健全、管理跟不上的“棋盘危机”，存在财政不独立、各项经费严重不足的“口粮危机”，解决好、化解好这些危机度过生存发展的关键期是独立学院必须要面对和思考的问题，独立学院生存发展的最终选择还是走向真正的“独立”，依托“母体”但绝不等同于“母体”，特色发展、内涵发展、错位培养的人才培养目标是独立学院实现跨越式发展的必由之路。

Research on the Crisis of Independent College (2)

The independent college is confronted with many problems in its survival and development. This paper discusses the four crisis of independent college-enrollment and employ- ment crisis, teaching staff crisis, system crisis and financial crisis. To solve the crisis is an inevitable issue for independent colleges to consider in order to pass the key period of devel- opment. The ultimate choice of independent college is the road of independent development with its own characteristics and co- nnotations, instead of being the same as its mother university.
