工商管理专业学生的思想政治工作

工商管理专业学生活泼、好动，组织管理能力较强，但是因该专业的特点，学生自我管理能力存在薄弱环节。本文拟针对工商管理专业学生特点，明确人才培养定位，发挥专业教师的作用，模拟企业环境以及日常运营，大力开展学生的第二课堂活动，增强其思想政治工作的可触摸性、可感染力，从而提高工管专业学生思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。

On Ideological and Political Work of Business Administration Students

Business management students are lively and active with strong management ability, but their self-management is weak due to the characteristics of this major. In view of busi- ness administration students＇ characteristics, this paper at- tempts to make clear the talent training position of administra- tion major, to make teachers play their own role, to simulate enterprise environment and daily operation, to implement sec- ond-class activities andto enhance the infectivity of ideologi- cal and political work, so as to improve the efficiency of busi- ness administration students＇ ideological and political work.
