高职院校开展校内生产性实训的探索与思考

生产性实训作为高职院校既具有育人功能又可以完成实际生产工作任务的一种教学活动，在培养学生综合职业能力方面具有特殊的作用。然而，高职院校在开展生产性实训的实践过程中，正在面临着种种困扰和问题。从高等职业教育的任务出发分析了生产性实训教学的重要性。在此基础上，解析了生产性实训的内涵概念，论述了生产性实训基地所起到的重要作用，指出生产性实训基地必须要加强管理，还对生产性实训项目的设置原则进行了研究探讨。

Exploration and Reflection of Productive Practice Training in Higher Vocational College

As a kind of teaching activities with both the educa- tional function and Productive function, productive practical training plays a special role in training professional compe- tence in higher vocational colleges. However, higher vocational colleges are facing troubles and problems in the practice of productive practice training. Set out from the task of higher vo- cational education, the importance of productive practical training teaching is analyzed. On the basis, the connotation and concept of productive practice training is analyzed, the principle of productive training base construction is explored and the productive training base is necessary to strengthen management, the principle of productive training project set- tings is studied.
