| 摘 要： | 运用新、旧木桶理念分析虚拟经营和实体经营战略的资源配置差异,认为虚拟经营战略追求的是合作群体价值系统层面的竞争,并以美特斯邦威公司为例对“先专精、再组合”理念支配的虚拟经营战略进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes the differences of resource disposing between the strategy of physical operating and the strategy of virtual operating according to two branches,which are new pail ideas and old pail ideas.Next,this paper thinks that the strategy of virtual operating is a competition of cooperation system on value constellation levels.Taking the example of Meters/bonwe limited company,this paper probes into the strategy of virtual operating controlled by the idea of "first specializing then integrating". |
