校企合作低成本高效率 毕业实习的一种新模式

当前我国正处于市场经济转型的环境中,普通高校办学扩招且经费不足造成的压力,致使各工科专业毕业实习难的问题愈来愈突出。按传统的方式大规模组织毕业实习已不可能,对毕业实习的改革成为当前教学改革的重要环节。对此问题初步实践并加以理论总结,探索一种校企合作的方式,充分利用企业和学校的资源,实现低成本高效率的毕业实习,并期望通过进一步研究,建立一种易操作可持续发展的新模式,为高校工科专业毕业实习难的问题提供一种求解思路。

A new pattern of cost-effective graduates practical training based on college-enterprise cooperation

At present that China is going into a market economy environment,to go along with that the general universities are facing the pressures both of enrollment amplification and inadequate funding,which result in more and more difficulties of graduates practical training,and the practical Training of graduates in traditional pattern with large-scale organization is impossible.The reform of the graduates practical training become an important part of education reform in university.This paper is a summary theoretically of the preliminary practice in the issue as mentioned above,which aims at to seek a college-enterprise cooperation pattern that to get the result of full use of resources both of colleges and enterprises so as to a way of cost-effective graduates practical training can be fund.Through more work of researching,a new pattern that easy to operate and sustainable development can be expected,and a problem solving ideas in college graduates practical training be provided.
