摘    要:随着旅游业的发展,东道主的职业性趋势日益增强。其中,一线职业性东道主与旅游者的交互成为影响旅游体验的关键因素。由于旅游活动对不同利益群体有着不同的意义,衍生出期望上的差异。运用期望差异的概念观察分析旅游活动中一线职业性东道主与旅游者的交互活动,对于提高旅游服务质量和旅游营销策略的谋划具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the development of tourism,hosts’ job tends to be more and more professional.Especially,professional hosts in the front line and tourists often make contact with each other mutually,which is a key factor to determine the experience of travelling.Trourist activities have different influences on groups of people with different social status and interest,hence,their expectations also vary a lot.The concept of expectation variation may be used to observe and analyze in travelling how hosts in the front line and tourists behave,which plays a significant role in improving the quality of tourist service and designing tourist marketing strategies.
