| 摘 要： | E-Knowledge机制是一个跨越信息形态、组织、应用领域和传统信息系统的新的信息服务机制。综述国内外图书馆联盟服务现状,阐述地方图书馆联盟服务的具体对象及我市图书馆联盟在服务机制实施过程中的创新思路。
