摘    要:基于人种志视角的"田野工作"的方法论逐渐渗入教育研究的微观领域(课堂)发挥着重要的作用,教育人种志的深入开展提供了与英语课堂活动相结合的机会,并因此补充和发展了英语课堂观察的方法和手段。基于人种志视角下的英语课堂观察善于对课堂行为的局部的分析与诊断,相对于传统听评课,它不仅引入了课堂研究的人本性特质,还关注了教育中的边缘化对象,突出了教师合作的重要性。

Abstract:Based on the perspective of ethnography, “field work” methodology has been introduced into micro level of education research( class),playing an important role in it. The development of ethnography,combined with English classroom activities,complements the method and means in English classroom observation. English classroom observation under the perspective of ethnography is good at local analysis and diagnosis of classroom behavior,compared with the traditional evaluation system. It not only introduces the characteristics of classroom research nature,also pays attention to the marginalized in the education object,and highlights the significance of teachers' cooperation.
