| Abstract: | The locality collections of Complete Library in Four Divisions have distinct regional characters. Many local leading officials presented the imperial government with the works of local authors and the works which were related to their areas. This was helpful to show the accomplishment of the locality cultures, and was also convenient to operate in detail as well. |
