英汉隐喻对比研究及翻译策略

现代隐喻理论认为人类的语言和思维都具有隐喻的特点。隐喻不仅是一种修辞手法，而且是一种文化反映和思维方式。本文探讨了英汉隐喻之间对应的三种类型：完全对应关系、不对应关系和部分对应关系，指出在翻译过程中灵活运用恰当的翻译策略将会促进不同文化的交流与融合。

Comparison of English and Chinese Metaphors and Translation Strategy

According to modem linguistics,metaphor is not only a rhetorical technique, but a reflection of culture as well as a way of thinking. The patterns in this paper, they are equival relationship of metaphors in English and ent, part equivalent and un-equivalent.
