摘    要:面对后官僚制的冲击与挑战,我国的行政管理体制改革何去何从?笔者认为对于后官僚制,既不能完全排斥,也不能硬性移植.而要深入分析其产生的特殊的社会历史背景及我国行政管理体制现状.从而构建既符合现代社会要求又符合中国国情的现代行政管理体制。

Abstract:What course to follow as far as the structure reform of managerial system of China's administration is concerned in the face of the assault and challenge of the post-bureaucratic era? The author thinks that we can neither reject nor transplant the post-bureaucracy rigidly.Instead we should analyse its special social historical background and its present situation of the managerial system of China's administration so that we can construct the managerial system of China's administration which not only accords with the demands of modern society but also with the condition of China.
