组织因素满意度与职业经理人组织承诺的关系

摘    要:关键职业经理人的离职往往给企业以重创,以职业经理人为对象研究其组织承诺问题很有现实意义。通过对207个有效样本的统计分析,发现组织因素满意度与职业经理人的组织承诺正相关;组织信任在组织因素满意度与感情承诺间发挥了部分中介作用,但在组织因素满意度与持续承诺间的中介作用不显著;职业承诺对组织因素满意度与其组织承诺的关系有调节作用。最后提出了提升职业经理人组织承诺的相应建议。

Abstract:The turnover making by key professional manager usually brings great loss to the enterprise. Therefore it is significant to study the organizational commitment made by the professional managers. It is found that the organizational factor satisfaction is positively related to organizational commitment made by professional managers by analyzing the 207 samples. The organizational trust of professional managers only plays a partial mediated role in the relationship between the organizational factor satisfaction and their affective commitment; however its mediative role in the relationship between organizational factor satisfaction and continuous commitment is insignificant. The occupational commitment plays a moderator role to the relationship between organizational factor satisfaction and their organizational commitment. At the end, some advices to promote the organizational commitment made by professional managers are discussed.
