| 摘 要： | 文章从形神、虚实、刚柔、气势、风格、流派等方面论述了螳螂拳的套路特征,以及从中体现出的传统螳螂拳的风格特点和当今螳螂拳竞技套路的风格特点。如今螳螂拳作为竞技武术比赛项目,使螳螂拳不但具有攻防技击性,而且具有健身观赏和娱乐性。本文就螳螂拳的技术特点和演练风格提出一些见解。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the process of performance and characteristics that mantis-fist manifesting from its shape,such as hard within soft.manners,styles and divisions.It contains traditional features as well as todays modern competition.Now,the mantis-fist is acore of kung-fu match.It includes not only simultaneous offending and defending,but also maintains fitness and provides entertainment.This article shares some opinions about the technical characteristics and training styles. |
