| 摘 要： | 被誉为天才构想的"一国两制"战略方针在法学理论方面使中国特色社会主义法学的包容性扩大,并对世界法律文明的发展作出了伟大贡献;而这一构想在香港和澳门的成功运用又为未来台湾问题的最终解决提供了模式,同时也为当前国际关系中通过和平方式解决国家之间的历史遗留问题和国际争端提供了一个成功的范例.

| Abstract: | The strategic principle One Country, Two Systems, which is praised as a genius concept, has made what the law of socialism with Chinese characteristics contains expand in the aspect of law theory and has made great contributions to the development of world law civilization. And the successful application of the concept in Hong Kong and Macao has provided a model for the final settlement of the future Taiwan question, and besides, has set a successful example of countries peacefully resolving issues left over by history and international disputes. |
