| Abstract: | The implementation of institute system management is naturally a kind of management pattern for multitudinous universities which has implemented surmounts development in our country.To define the connotation of the institute system management and the principle for establishing institute system management,as well as the several relationships which should be settled well in the implementation process,is helpful for the universities to continue to develop fast. |
