教师专业化与高师教育改革

摘    要:高等师范教育必须顺应教师专业化的要求,在思想观念上,树立凸显教师专业化特色的师范性与学术性整合的现代理念;在实践运作上,创新推动教师专业化发展的人才分段培养模式;在主体内容上,构建适应教师专业化要求的“双专业”教育课程体系。

Abstract:Normal education must be reformed according to the specialization of the teacher, setting up the modern idea characterized by intergration of teacher-training and scholastic research upon thinking, innovating for the stage-cultivation of talents improved the development of the specilization of teacher upon the practical operation, instracturing the "double-deciplines" educational curriculum system catering to the specilization of teacher upon contents.
