| 摘 要： | 国际体育仲裁院仲裁裁决在我国的承认与执行是开赛在即的2008年北京奥运会上不可避免的问题,一方面需要从一般理论上了解有关国际体育仲裁院仲裁裁决承认与执行的基本问题,另一方面也要特别关注该仲裁裁决在我国申请承认与执行时将会遇到的潜在冲突并加以解决.
