| 摘 要： | 党的执政能力，对高校管理者来说，就是深入地贯彻执行学校决策的能力即执行力。目前，高校管理者的执行力还存在一定的差距，导致执行力的扭曲。为此，高校管理者应从职责定位、求真务实等方面努力提高执行力。
