| Abstract: | This paper expounds the following points:to im- prove cultivation on teachers' morality and management of tea- ching staff,to stress on teachers' training,to creat favorable conditions so as to utilize personnel resources in higher schoo- ls,all of these measures would do good to adjust teachers' edu- cation attitude,and handle the relationship between teaching and taking part-time jobs outside schools. |
