| 摘 要： | 在小康社会的全面建设中,文化建设是一个重要的领域,文化所涵盖的物质文明与精神文明具有辩证统一的关系.在高水平的小康社会文化的促进生成价值和文化的独立价值将得到放大和凸现.因此,我们要用科态度和创新的精神加快文化建设的步伐.
