| Abstract: | The balanced development of elementary education is one of the hot issues of education research in China and also the difficulty in elementary education reform.The balanced development of elementary education in Finland has become the public concern in recent years,which is very outstanding in the attention of the government,the educational idea of ″equal and balanced out″,the teachers′ unique teaching method and the parental school selection and provides valuable experiences for the world.It is of significance to strengthen the educational reform and the balanced development of elementary education in China. |
