高校校园交通事故产生的原因及治理措施

校园交通安全问题,关系到师生员工的生命安危;关系到学校的治安秩序;关系到学校的稳定和发展。近年来,由于各高校校园面积的不断扩大,师生人数的显著增加与交通标志、设施的滞后,交管人员偏少的矛盾,以及在管理中存在的管理不力、制度不健全、教育不到位等诸多问题,致使高校校园交通问题还存在着许多隐患,因此,加强师生员工的安全意识教育,建立健全学校交通安全规章制度,加快校园道路标志、设施的建设和改造,标本兼治、常抓不懈,才是预防和杜绝校园交通事故发生的最有效措施。

Reasons of Campus-wide Traffic Accident and Governing Measures

Campus-wide traffic security issues are related to the safety of all the faulty,students and staff;related to the safety order on campus as well as to the stability and development of the college.In recent years,many colleges has been continuously expanding their area,increasing the number of the students and staff.Meanwhile,they are short of not only traffic controllers,but traffic system and facilities as well.Besides,they neglect the education to all the members.That leads to many hidden troubles in campus-wide traffic.Therefore,enhancing people＇s awareness of security,constituting rules and regulations of traffic safety and perfecting traffic signs and facilities is the best way to prevent and stop frequent occurrence of campus-wide traffic accident.
