| 摘 要： | 利用常数相对风险厌恶效用函数，把福利引入生产函数，并建立福利性公共开支模型．利用Bellman方程在宏观均衡时求出其最优解，对其进行均衡分析和动态分析，进而得出一些有意义的结论．

| Abstract: | By CRRA function, welfare is introducted into production function,and we establishe the wakfare model in public expenditure. Using Bellman equation , under macroeconomic equilibrium conditions its optimal value is obtained. The balanced analysis and the dynamic analysis are carried ,and some interesting results are obtained. |
