| 摘 要： | 辽太祖耶律阿保机以其博大开放的政治胸襟重用汉人,建立健全统治机构,完善国家机器;博采众民族文化之长,兼收并蓄,创造出多源合流的辽文化,推动了北方草原经济的发展,加速了契丹社会形态的飞跃,为辽政权一度雄踞北方二百余年奠定了坚实的基础.

| Abstract: | With his broad open political mind, Yelu A-pao-chi, Emperor Taizu of Liao Dynasty, reserved important positions for Han people, established and perfected the ruling organizations and improved the state apparatus. On the basis of adopting the strong points of many nations' culture and incorporating things of different nature critically, he created multi-sourced Liao culture, promoted the economic development of the northern grassland, accelerated the leap of the Khitan social formation and built up a solid cultural foundation for the ruling of Liao state power over the north for more than 200 years. |
