在社会主义现代化过程中,传统与现代不是绝对对立的,两者有很大的兼容性。道德变革是社会变革的反映,传统道德向现代道德的转化又反映着市场经济发展的要求,因而就要以传统“天人合一”精神适应生态化发展要求,以传统诚信精神克服现代化过程中的信誉危机,以传统倡学重教精神推动科教兴国,以传统重俭黜奢精神遏制腐败现象蔓延,以自强不息精神发挥人们的主动创造性。

On the Modern Value of Traditional Morality

In the process of socialist modernization,tradition and modernization are not absolutely opposed,but strongly compatible with each other.Moral change is the reflection of social change,and on the other hand,the transformation from traditionl morals to modern ones also reflects the request of the market economy development,and so it requests us to adapt to the ecology development with the laws of nature,to overcome the modern faith crisis with the traditional good faith,to prosper the country through scientific and educational advances with the traditional teaching concept,to restrain the spreading of corruption with the traditional thrift qulity and to develop the people's active creativity with the self-improvement.
