20世纪50年代后期的两次包产到户及其引起的争论

我国农村在20世纪50年代后期出现了两次包产到户，这是广大群众对农村经济体制改革的有益探索，是我国农村经济体制改革的先导，但这种探索在当时却引起了争论，并遭到了禁止。回顾这两次包产到户的产生及由引起争论的历史过程，可以看出，这两次包产到户遭受禁止的原因是多方面的，主要是党的经济建设上急于求成，。在生产关系变革上急于过渡，对社会主义的认识有片面性。

Two tries of the household contract responsibility system in 1950s and the controversy

In the late 1950s,the household contract responsibility system was conducted twice in Chinese rural area which manifests the Chinese villagers'valuable exploration to the reform of the rural economic system.And it actually plays the role of forerunner to the reform.However,this exploration aroused sensational controversy at that time and was once prohibited.This paper reviews the historical process of the appearance of the system as well as the controversy related to it and goes on to make an tentative analysis to the reasons of the frustration that the system was confronted with during the period of conduction.
