强化理论在高校后勤职工管理中的应用

摘    要:在优秀人才聚集的高校,后勤职工是一支特殊群体,普遍存在着文化素质相对不高,技术水平低下,服务意识淡薄,管理能力不强等问题。为了快速适应高校的迅猛发展,后勤改革应以强化理论为依托,在后勤职工的管理中合理采用正强化、负强化等手段,从而刺激后勤职工的积极性,提高其工作效率。

Abstract:With so many excellent talents in higher colleges,rear-service staff is a special group.There generally exit some problems,such as the low cultural quality,the low level of technology,the weakness of service awareness and the lack of management ability.In order to adapt to the colleges' rapid development,rear-service should rely on strengthening theory with positive strengthening and negative strengthening reasonably for stimulating staff to improve working efficiency.
