我国产学研合作的现状及发展思路探究

近些年来,我国产学研合作取得丰富的成果,并成为增强国家自主创新能力和推动经济增长以及转型升级的重要手段。但是,在我国,产学研合作仍然面临着各方动力和能力难以对接、长效机制缺乏、产业链协同创新不够、人员交流障碍以及政策环境不完善等问题,需要加强对产学研合作的统筹协调机制和政策落实,创新政府科技资源配置的组织方式,完善产业创新链条等。

In recent years,China has abundant achievements in cooperation of production,teaching and research,and become an important means of the enhancement of national self-innovation capability and promotion of growth and transformation and upgrade of economy.But,in our country,cooperation of production,teaching and research still faces parties power and ability to docking,long-term mechanism and the industry chain cooperative innovation lack enough and staff exchanges barriers and policy environment problems such as imperfect,need to strengthen the overall coordination of cooperation of production,teaching and research mechanisms and policies implemented,the innovation of government technology resources allocation organized way and improved industrial innovation chain,etc.
