经济体制转型条件下我国地方政府职能转变

经济体制的转型对于政治体制的要求与当前政治体制现存状态存在着矛盾，尤其是对政府职能的要求越来越高，地方政府职能的转变具有迫切性和必要性。本文分析了我国当前地方政府职能转变面临的困难，比如地方政府职能的自身定位不清晰，市场监管职能实施不合理，社会管理职能定位不准确，服务职能没有得到充分的发挥出来等等。针对这些问题和困难提出了相应的改进措施和建议。
