高职英语口语教学与职业核心能力的渗透培养

众所周知，学生能否顺利就业，能否满足用人单位的要求和社会发展需要，是市场经济环境下高职院校赖依生存和发展的条件。本文从高职生源质量现状、教学现状与现今职场要求的反差入手，提出在高职英语口语教学中对学生职业核心能力渗透与培养的观点。同时阐明如何将学生的“职业核心能力”渗透、培养与英语口语教学有机的结合起来，使英语口语教学让学生“在乐中学，在学中乐”、“在学中用，在用中学”，进入学会、会学、乐学的境界，突出对学生与人合作、与人交流、解决问题及创新等职业核心能力的训练与培养。
