According to the theory of muscle and nerve controls, the instrument of strength test and training was designed, which get over oneness of traditional device. Based on considering characteristic of many joints (especially rachis) of human motion and control of nerve, differ direction force was tested and the movement function; muscles control; sport damnification were assessed. It is a instrument not only for training and health keep but also for get well.
