Abstract:In order to improve the OLED luminous efficiency of blue fluorescent materials, a hybrid thin film luminescent layer is prepared by using the vacuum thermal evaporation method with thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF) material as the main material and luminescent material as the guest material. When the OLED structure is ITO/HAT-CN(5 nm)/TAPC(30 nm)/TCTA(10 nm)/Blue-Or:DMAC-DPS(30%,30 nm)/DPEPO(10 nm)/Bphen(30 nm)/LiF(1 nm)/Al(70 nm), the performance of optoelectronic devices is the best. The external quantum efficiency, current efficiency and power efficiency of the blue TADF-OLED are 12.39%, 21.68 CD/A and 19.44 LM/W respectively. It is found that the photoelectric characteristics of TADF-OLED can be improved by changing the doping material and adding hole injection layer. With the combination of the experimental content and the frontier scientific research in this field, the photoelectric performance of OLED devices is stable and the experimental phenomenon is remarkable, which is suitable for the introduction of undergraduate experimental courses. Through the comprehensive experiment, students can lay a solid foundation for the experiment, understand the research hot spots, and know the latest scientific research trends.
