美国小学天才教育探微

摘    要:美国小学的天才儿童教育是一个渊源已久并行之有效的特殊教育计划。天才教育的具体实施方式由各州政府机构自行决定,此外还有民间教育机构参与。接受天才教育的学生需要优秀的学习成绩、很高的IQ测试成绩,还需要经过教师或家长的推荐和家长的批准。天才教育中常见的教学方法为浓缩教学法、富集教学法、独立自学法、建立综合能力教学法。天才教育既促进了资优学生智力和综合能力的发展,又有助于小学教育质量整体水平的提升。

Abstract:Talented Education or education for talented students is a well-established special education program in American elementary schools.Its actual implementation is managed by the education department of each state,as well as nongovernment civil organizations.Students admitted to this talented education program needs to have excellent academic record,superior IQ score,strong recommendation from teachers or parents,and the permission of parents.Common education methods applied in this special program include compacting,enrichment,independent study,and comprehensive ability buildup.This talented education program positively influences the development of the intellectual and overall abilities of these talented students,and helps improve the overall quality of the elementary education.
