谈民办高校“文化场”的培育

民办高校在校园环境建设及硬件设施配置等方面都取得了历史性的跨越,然而,由于其办学历史短暂、市场化运作模式、职业教育取向等特点,民办高校内的文化氛围稀薄。教育的使命是培养人、发展人,科技育人、知识育人,归根结底是文化育人,培育自身的"文化场"成为民办高校的新课题。

On the Cultivation of the Cultural Ambience in Non-government Universities

Non-government universities have made a historic progress in campus environmental construction and hardware facilities allocation etc. However,because of their characteristics such as brief history, the market-runned model and the orientation of vocational education,the cultural ambience in private universities is thin. The mission of education is to cultivate human and to develop human's potential abilities.Furthermore,the nature of education through science,technology and knowledge,in the final analysis, is the cultural education.So,to cultivate private university's cultural ambience is becoming one of their new urgent tasks.
