| 摘 要： | 以人为本的科学发展观,是一种以人民为主体的,为人民谋利益的发展观。对于执政的中国共产党来说,以人为本,立党为公、把执政为民看作最高价值取向的科学发展观是统领经济社会全面发展的旗帜。在全面建设小康社会的进程中,从马克思主义世界观、方法论的高度,深刻理解科学发展观的科学内涵,真正树立和落实科学发展观具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | The essence of the scientific outlook on development is for the majority of the Chinese people.As the party in power,the Chinese Communist Party stands for the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people.The scientific outlook on development is a banner of promoting all-round development of economic construction and social develop- ment.It is of great theoretical significance and practical meaning to carry out the scientific outlook on development during the course of building a well-off society in a round way. |
