| Abstract: | As the comprehensive development of the Cold War after 1947, the U.S. changed its policy towards Japan and started to prop up Japan, the reasons were various , The American's three domestic factors had an import effect on the changes: the interest groups' canvass activity ; the reduction of the finance and the strategic need; the popular mentality is different from the period of the war. |
