论晋察冀抗日根据地的民主政权建设

晋察冀抗日民主政权是中国共产党在抗日战争时期建立的第一个统一战线性质的民主政权。这个政权开创性地践行了以毛泽东同志为代表的党的抗日民族统一战线思想及纲领,在政权建设中取得了显著成果,使之成为当时各根据地的榜样。它积累的宝贵经验,多方面地作用于新中国成立后的政权建设,至今仍具深刻的现实意义。

On the construction of Democratic Government of Jin Cha Ji, the base area of Anti-Japanese War

The Jin Cha Ji Democratic Anti-Japanese government was the first democratic administration agent of the United Front in the base area. This government followed the leadership of the CCP, and integrated its missions of both the development of democracy and the fight against Japan under the principles of uniting the whole nation in the fight against Japan proposed by the CCP under the leadership of Mao Tzetong. It had great contribution to the construction of the government and set up a model and an example to other bases during the Anti-Japanese War. The JCJ democratic government provided rich experience and knowledge to the development of the governments at various levels after the founding of the New China. It still has great enlightenments to us now.
