| Abstract: | The actuality of integrated circuit intellectual property fights as well as the protection form, type and characteristics of it, are mainly analyzed in this paper; The condition, concrete right, right limit and the infringement question of obtaining the integrated circuit layout exclusive rights are discussded, while some measures of strengthening intellectual property rights protection in the iIntegrated circuit industry are introduced. |
