University's journal reference library is an integral part of the journal editorial department.As a specialized reference library,it has both internal and external functions.Its internal function involves information exchange,collection and retrieval and serving the editorial work of the journal.And its external function involves providing reference books and maerials for the teaching of the faculty and the study of the postgraduate students,besides it also serves the scientic research of the university so as to realize the journal's value function.
