燕鲅鱼油中脂肪酸的GC/MS分析

摘    要:采有超声波提取方法从海鱼燕鲅鱼肉中提取鱼油。经皂化后,采用了四甲氢氧化胺法对其脂肪酸进行酯化,并通过GC/MS联机对燕鲅鱼油中的脂肪酸进行了分离和鉴定。从中共鉴定出16种脂肪酸,占鱼油含量的73.55%。
