| 摘 要： | 通过对高职学生存在的主要心理问题和心理障碍进行分析探讨,并针对具体问题提出了对高职学生进行心理健康教育的几种途径。开设心理健康教育课程和心理学讲座,实行心理咨询和心理辅导,最后提出开展高职学生心理健康教育和心理辅导工作需要注意的几大关系。
