摘    要:依据我国新时期高等财经教育的发展趋势,以适应国际、国内市场的需求为切入点,指出了STP营销战略在财经创新型人才培养过程中的重要性,同时在与传统教育理念、教学方式、管理体制以及对政策目标型和职能任务型战略进行对比的基础上,以面向市场经济为立足点,以市场化取向改革为突破口,提出了STP战略在财经创新型人才培养过程中的作用机制,并着重从市场细分、目标市场选择和市场定位三个方面提出了财经创新型人才培养的具体思路.

Abstract:This paper points out the importance of the STP marketing strategy in financial innovative talents cultivation process. Meanwhile, on the basis of comparison with the traditional education concept, teaching mode, management system, policy objectives- based and functions of task-based strategy, by taking market oriented economy as the foothold, and with the market reform as orientation, puts forward the mechanism of STP strategy in the process of financial innovative talent training, and mainly from the aspects of market segmentation, target market selection and market positioning proposed the concrete ideas of financial innovative talent training.
