隐性德育在研究生德育中的适切性及作用力分析

当前,高校的研究生德育工作存在着德育目标脱离生活时代、德育内容远离日常生活、德育工作忽视主体意识等问题.隐性德育具有取向生活性、方式潜隐性、规范非强制性等特点,与研究生的个体和群体特征具有相当的契合度.隐性德育可以消除研究生的逆反心理,发挥灵活调教的作用,使德育工作更具亲和力,德育效果更持久.强调隐性德育并不是否定或丢弃显性德育,而是在非大是大非以及研究生群体日益复杂特殊的情况下,隐性德育应该成为研究生德育的重要途径乃至主导途径.

Aptness and Force Analysis of Recessive Moral Education in Postgraduate Moral Education

Recessive moral education is life oriented, performs covertly, and its standard is not compulsive. It can not only avoid many problems, but also fit with postgraduates＇ individual and group characteristics. Recessive moral education can eliminate postgraduates＇ rebellious attitude and play a flexible role, which can make moral education more approachable and effective. Stressing recessive moral education doesn＇t means denying dominant moral education, but emphasizing the importance of recessive moral education.
