体验与自省:大学校园文明道德教育的有效途径

引入角色体验研究机制发现,大学校园的不文明道德行为主要表现在公共场所行为的无序性,屡禁不止的考试作弊,公共财物、学习用书的随意破坏等方面。从社会心理的自省视角来看,大学生道德判断的过渡性特点、道德榜样的世俗化和不文明的环境造成了当前道德文明教育的困境。走出这种困境的最佳途径是实现道德文明教育的教学做合一,教育者要与学生一起做人,建构和谐的师生关系,同时要充分发挥学生的主体性作用,让他们在承担各种社会角色的过程中学会做人。
