摘    要:加入WTO后,我国注册会计师行业所面临的将是一个充满机遇与挑战的全新时代。会计师事务所应如何及时调整战略,迎接挑战,已成为我国会计界广泛关注的焦点。本文借鉴国际知名会计公司的成功经验,结合国情,针对那些基础较好、水平较高的大中型会计师事务所如何做大做强,提出了规模化、多元化、专门化、国际化和人本化的发展战略。

Abstract:After entering WTO,registered accountant offices in our country will be faced with a brand new times which are full of opportunities and challenges.It has been the major concern for the accountant calling to adjust the strategy and meet with the challenge.With the successful experi-ence gained by the international famous accountant company used for reference and together com-bined with the situation of our country,aiming at those big and medium-sized accountant offices with better foundation and higher level,the paper puts forward the developing strategy of special-ization,internationalization and humanization.
